Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Employees must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
• Employees must understand and follow food safety guidelines in preparation, cooking, cleaning, handling and storage of food stuffs and equipment.
Duties (all employees)
• Food preparation
• Stocking (food and supplies)
• Washing dishes
• Cleaning (equipment, dining area, vacuuming, sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
• Cooking (grill, pasta station, pizza station)
• Runner (assembles and delivers food items to customers)
• Cash register
Hours of Operation/Schedule
Lansky`s is open 7 days a week:
11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday
Food preparation/stocking/cleaning begins daily at 6 a.m. and after LANSKY'S closes for business.
Employees work a variety of hours and days. While LANSKY'S tries to accommodate requests for scheduling (for example, day work from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) employees can be scheduled for early morning, evening and weekend hours.
Dress and Appearance Standards
As a customer service business and responsible for food safety, we expect our employees to maintain certain dress and appearance standards.
